What is included in an apartment suite?
All of our apartments are fully furnished using a full size apartment. Included in the apartment (in many apartment communities) you will have all the comforts of home: a full size Washer and Dryer, living room, kitchen, Dining room and private bedrooms. All linen, kitchen house wares (including Microwave) will be there for your needs. Cable Television and utilities are all included. In your apartment, you will find executive furnishings throughout. To accommodate your extra needs, just ask us, we enjoy taking special requests if you wish.

What kind of furniture is provided in your suites?
We provide executive styled furniture for every room of your apartment suite. You will find living room, dining room and bedroom furniture in your new temporary home. Styles may vary but one thing remains the same… COMFORT and QUALITY at prices that are much lower than Hotel stays!

How are your leases structured?
Leasing is flexible to meet your temporary housing needs. We can work on a month-to-month or customize a lease the way you need it to (depending on what meets you needs). If you need to extend your stay for any reason just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate your stay. A 14 day written notice is required for move out.

How much notice do you need for me to move-out?
We only need a 14 day written move out notice for you to vacate the apartment suite. At times, situations arise where a 14 day is not possible-let us know and we can try to accommodate your requests.

Can Premier Living Services, Inc. work with Insurance companies to provide for claims?
Absolutely! We work directly with the claims adjuster to quickly provide a temporary home for victims of fire, flood, structural damage and other natural disasters. Working with the adjuster allows Premier to keep the burden off of the insured parties. We handle billing, security deposits, move-in and move-out for all of our clients.

Are pets allowed in my temporary home?
Understanding that pets are often extended family members, we try to accommodate them as well. Most of our suites allow for one pet that is 25lbs or less. We do our best to accommodate larger pets if at all possible! There is a pet fee required that is separate from our fully refundable security deposit.

What about school systems for my children?
You are in luck! Our properties are situated in the state's top school districts and educational systems. Make sure you mention the need for school related information and we will assist you in researching the available options. Most of our apartments fall within the much desired "Over the Mountain" school systems.
