  • How much notice is required if I am extending my stay?
    Our accommodations specialists will work to accommodate any and all requests related to your short- or long-term rental. If you need to stay longer than originally planned, please call us at 205-978-8885 and we’ll do our best to honor your request.

  • How do I know I am getting the unit I booked online?
    Our photos are of actual units and are taken by our staff. We want to make sure there are no surprises when you arrive at your unit. Unlike other housing providers who use stock photos or the apartment communities model photos. We believe in "what you see is what you get".
  • How long can I stay?
    As long as you want. We only require a 14 day notice to vacate in writing when you are ready to vacate.
  • What is corporate housing?
    Corporate Housing is defined as “fully furnished temporary housing, typically in an apartment setting. We provide and coordinate these units to include furniture, housewares, amenities, cable/streaming service, electric, water, etc., usually at one inclusive cost to the company and typically for 30 + days.” Corporate housing can be a bit confusing since there are several different terms for it. You may have heard of: Short-term rentals Furnished apartments Corporate apartments Temporary apartments Extended-stay apartments Temporary furnished rentals Short-term stays Executive suites Serviced apartments No matter what you call them, their purpose is the same: to provide residents with everything they need to live away from home for a short or extended time period.
  • Do you offer pet-friendly accommodations?
    Yes, most apartment communities are pet friendly. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring pets so we can find an apartment community that welcomes your furry friend.
  • Do you work with individuals as well as companies?
    Absolutely. Whether you are an individual seeking short-term housing or a company looking to house an extended stay employee (or group of employees), we have the solution for you.
  • Is there a credit and background checked?
    Individuals leasing on their own will be a credit and background check. We do have corporate accounts that go through a corporate credit check.
